Pay only for what you've approved
Checkout reserves your lots but takes no payment. We issue an invoice with freight and any tax, and you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo or wire transfer once you've reviewed it. If the freight quote doesn't work for you, cancel the order from your account at no cost before paying.
Protect yourself against payment fraud
Criminals sometimes impersonate suppliers and send fake bank details. We will never change our bank details by email alone. Before sending any wire, call us on the number shown on this website to confirm the details. Invoices are always available in your account under the order.
Claims
Report shortages, mis-grading or freight damage within 48 hours of delivery. Our returns & claims policy explains what's covered and how credits are calculated.
