Shipping & freight
Last updated November 1, 2026
Freight is quoted per order at our cost from our carrier network and added to your invoice before you pay. This page explains how each delivery method works.
Delivery methods
LTL freight (pallets)
Pallets ship less-than-truckload with national and regional carriers. Commercial addresses with a loading dock receive the lowest rates. Liftgate, residential, limited-access and appointment deliveries carry carrier surcharges, which we include in your quote when you tell us at checkout.
Full truckload
Truckloads ship on a dedicated 53′ trailer. A loading dock is required, and you must unload within the carrier's free time (usually two hours); detention charges beyond that are passed through at cost.
International export
We load 40′ and 40′ high-cube containers and prepare the commercial invoice and packing list. We quote to your port of destination; import duties, taxes and customs clearance at destination are the buyer's responsibility.
Warehouse pickup
Collect from our dock with your own carrier or vehicle once your invoice is paid. We'll confirm a loading appointment. Drivers must bring the order number and a way to secure the load.
Timing
- Freight quotes and invoices: usually within one business day of your order.
- Staging: 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- LTL transit within the continental US: typically 2–7 business days.
- Truckloads and containers: scheduled with you directly.
Receiving your delivery
Count the pallets and inspect the shrink-wrap before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. Signing “clean” makes carrier claims very difficult. See buyer protection for how claims are handled.
