This policy explains what personal information Northvale Liquidation collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run your account and fulfil your orders, and we never sell personal information.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, company, phone, country, business type and resale certificate number.
Order details: delivery and pickup contacts, addresses, order contents, invoices and payment status.
Messages: what you send through our contact form or order support.
Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a cart cookie that remembers your cart. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

To create and secure your account and process your orders.
To arrange freight and share delivery details with the carrier handling your shipment.
To issue invoices and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
To reply to your enquiries and, if you opt in, tell you about new deals.

Sharing

We share delivery contacts and addresses with freight carriers and, for export orders, with forwarders and customs brokers. We may disclose information where required by law. We don't sell or rent personal information.

Retention and security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires; other account data is deleted on request when you close your account.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in your account, change notification preferences in Settings, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
